  • Prefabricated buildings are delivered painted with electrical and sanitary installations, door and window profiles and glasses installed. They can be delivered with ground concrete, floor covering and central heating installation as well, if requested. All of the materials we use are TSI certified and most of them are ISO 9001 certified.
  • The load bearing system of the buildings is steel construction. The incombustibe, water-resistant and without asbestos cement-based building siding material we use as siding material on exterior, interior and mezzanine of prefabricated buildings and containers is fiber cement plate / HEKIMBOARD / TURKSIDING brand which is composed of cement, silicate and cellulose fibre and is produced by kiln-drying under high pressure and heat. The plate is protected from getting deformed by temparature differences and climate conditions with this method.
  • When the maintenance of the buildings are made periodically their life-span is equivalent to those of concrete buildings.
  • The maintenance of the buildings is possible through painting and maintenance of the door and windows.
  • The transportation of prefabricated buildings and containers are made with trucks, semi-trailers, freight containers, by ship, train or cargo planes.

  • The mounting of prefabricated buildings on the ground is made by anchorages or steel dowels. Thus, the building and the concrete move together.

  • Galvanized sheet plates, ondulated shingles are used on the roof cladding of the buildings.
  • Tiles can easily be applied on wet volumes and walls of the buildings.
  • Ceramic and other materials can be bind on the plates better with adhesives, by means of combed pattern on the surface of fiber cement plates.
