Light Steel Holiday Resort

Project Info

The holiday resort project, consisting of bungalows built for investment purposes by a private tourism company located abroad, is a very special project where we provide technical support in the process of creating architectural projects and specifications with light steel system. In the carrier system of bungalows made of light steel profiles, galvanized profiles, bolt and nut connections at joints of profiles, A1 class fireproof and water-resistant HekimBoard brand fiber-cement boards were used in all surface coatings of structures, and HekimPanel brand sandwich panels were used as roof coating.

Construction and delivery of light steel system materials for the Holiday Resort, consisting of 110 light steel system construction bungalows and 1 social facility building in total, was successfully completed by Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. in a very short time.

Pre-order and production projects of the structures produced in light steel system were successfully managed by technical teams with relevant expertise while loading stages of post-production materials were carefully followed and delivered.
