Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. provides added value to its products by making a difference with the technologies it uses in all of the production processes as the leader of its sector in Turkey and around the world since its establishment.
Specially designed StructureROBOT machinery line which is accepted as one of the most technologically advanced machines of the world and Weldless Construction Technology are used in the production of light steel constructions. All surfaces of steel carcasses are covered with plates in world standards, fully produced from natural materials and eco-friendly, in A-1 class non-combustible, durable to all kinds of weather conditions and have superior features which are Turksiding and Hekimboard branded and produced with Fibercement Technology. The roof and exterior siding details are carried out with Hekimpor Technology whose production is performed in our integrated plants. All of our project designing processes regarding light steel constructions are materialized with the latest version of Software Technologies that we have.

Our Technologies | Prefabricated Solutions

All of the construction elements are produced by cold-forming of galvanized steel through specially designed weldless construction technology. Walls, frame, roof, truss and other building components of the building designed in the project design process are created by connecting profiles with bolts and nuts which produced in HekimStructureRobot lines.

Hekimboard natural cement board is the cement sheet reinforced with cellulose which is obtained by using fibercement technology. Natural cement boards are plain or patterned design, A-1 class incombustible sheets for especially use as interior and exterior cladding material.

Our HekimPanel brand of sandwich panels are in 2 main groups as instulated with rock wool and EPS. We can produce sandwich panels from 600 mm to 1250 mm width and to until 16.000 mm lenght in our panel production line. We are also producing uninsulated corrugated panels with 3 or 5-pitch in the same production line.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is a foamy, thermoplastic, typically white heat insulation material with closed pores, obtained by petroleum. It provides the same heat performance with other instulation materials in the most economical way. It does not deform within time, is consumer and eco-friendly.

Hekim Boya was initially founded to cover the paint needs of group companies and maintained procurement of quality paint required by the sector with significant investments, R&D and capacity increase.
The company continues its busines activities and services in four main groups as Construction Paints and Primers, Solvent Based Paints and Primers, Industrial Paints and Furniture Group Products and maintains a quality and customer satisfaction-oriented structure.

It is the technology in which polyethleneterephtalate (PET) material which is produced in PET roll line. PET material, carried out with the utilization of raw material composed of fractured PET particles or PET granules, is used in diverse fields of the industry.

Developed with Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş.’s sensitivity on the subject of life security, its new product B7 Armored Security Cabin is provided to the customers with many advantages. B7 armored security cabin, produced for the purpose of defense, attack, exploration and surveillance, is a prominent product in the sector with the solutions it offers in covering alternateive needs and its different design.
