Prefabrik Yapı, a leader company in light-steel construction business in Turkey ,founded in Istanbul in 1989, has producing prefabricated buildings, containers and steel construction structures in Turkey, which are of high quality production standards in Turkey and in the World. Prefabrik Yapı which is the main company of Hekim Holding has produced all raw materials which are used in manufacture of prefabricated buildings. Prefabrik Yapı has used special-designed, seamless structure technology that has been considered as an important technological development, and also the fibercement plates which have been produced firstly by Prefabrik Yapı in Turkey.

Prefabrik Yapı that carries out all technical and designs completely with its professional staff composed of engineers and architects who are working in sales, marketing, production and R&D departments. With customer orientation and satisfaction the company has provided planning, design, loading, logistics, assembly, disassembly, fitting inside building, painting and after-sales services in addition to its high technology production in Turkey and abroad.

Milestones

We started our journey with the break grounds princible in prefabricated building sector.

1989

We built the largest prefabricated construction showroom in Turkey to exhibit prefabricated building models and details of our product.

1994

Technology and aesthetic; has started to compete with static calculations. For the first time in Turkey we used 8 architectural and static software together.

2006

Expectations was constantly increasing. We used 7 different production technologies together for the first time in Turkey.

2010

We developed our activities quickly by performing all technical calculations and designs within our company with our expert staff of engineers-architects in sales, marketing, production, R&D and P&D departments.

1991

We have started to use for the first time A1 class incombustible Hekimboard which based on Natural Cement Board with the fibercement technology in our products in Turkey..

2004

We broke new ground in the world as we started to produce almost all of the raw materials in our own integrated plants.

2009

Our 25th Anniversary… Today we are exporting to more than 80 countries and have completed over 3.500.000 m² area of projects. We introduced 8 storey light gauge steel constructions by carrying on the tradition of being groundbreaking company in Turkey.
