A new one is added to the sales offices built with light steel technology

Cukurova Real Estate Construction company’s sales office of Cukurova Towers Project which continues in Kartal was concluded successfully with light steel technology. The production of structures used as showroom, sales office and suchlike functions with light steel technology is especially preferred as they are safer, more affordable and built faster. The project with 300 m2 of layout area is detailed with 12 cm thick Hekim Steel Carcassed panels and the height of the building is 3,5 m. The A-1 class fiber cement material used on the exterior is applied as jointed. A different elegance was brought to the sales Office with the aluminium material used on the entrance of the building with a paraphet roof of 1,0 m of height.
There are 145 units of 1+1, 55 units of 2+1, 20 units of 3+1 and 18 units of studio flats in Cukurova Towers Project consisting of ground floor+35 storeys on 7.068 m2, in Kartal Topselvi. First class materials were used in the Project where swimming pool, parking garage, fitness, sauna and cinema rooms, cafe, concierge, meeting rooms are available.
