Gyeongju World Culture Expo 2013 Events

The containers of Prefabrik Yapı A.S. have taken their places in Taksim, Ayasofya (Hagia Sophia), Beyazit and Sultanahmet, for the events of Istanbul – Gyeongju World Culture Expo 2013.
The inauguration ceremony of Istanbul – Gyeongju World Culture Expo 2013, organized for the purpose of forming a cultural bond between the cities of Istanbul and Gyeongju, was attended by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Kadir Topbas, Prime Minister of South Korea Chung Hong Won, South Korea Governor of Gyeongsangbuk Kim Kwan Yong and 25 events were carried out with the participation of 50 countries.
The containers used in the direction of recreational spaces, office areas, music and sound system cabins etc. which are required within the frame of these events, were provided from Prefabrik Yapı A.S. by Maras S Construction company. The assembly of 14 containers, placed in Taksim, Ayasofya, Beyazit, Sultanahmet squaress where events are held, were realized by Prefabrik Yapı A.S. expert teams in a very short time of 2 days.
Istanbul – Gyeongju World Culture Exhibition 2013, organized within the frame of “Road, Meeting and Journey Together” theme, will continue between the dates of 31 August – 22 September.
