Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. continues to make new investments at full speed

Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş., following the feasibility studies carried out in 2009, it continues to make new investments one by one in 2010.

With the completion of all investments, it will become the world’s only ready-made building manufacturer that produces all of its main raw materials used in the production of ready-made buildings in its own integrated facilities.

Steel Structure Manufacturing Line: This production line, which is first and only in the world as a hundred percent design of Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş., has been designed with the latest technology, and performs all kinds of steel structure manufacturing. The capacity is increased three times with this very special manufacturing robot put in service.

Prefabricated Building Panel Line (Continuous System): the panel production facility shall be commissioned as of September 2010, in order to be employed in prefabricated and steel buildings with covering materials at desired length, differing widths and thicknesses.
With this investment, a new first ever will be actualized and 1250 mm width application is started for composite roof panels for the first time. With this production line having a high production capacity, the production capacity both for containers and for prefabricated and steel buildings will be tripled.

Insulation Line: The decision was made to produce the insulation material under the Hekim brand, which is one of the most important raw materials from now on. this facility will also be used for suspended ceiling, facade lining and the like functions, in addition to prefabricated building panel insulation, container and steel building insulation.
