Project Info

A new family health center project has also been offered to the service of our community with the cooperation of Prefabrik Yapi A.S. and Maltepe Municipality. Maltepe Cevizli FHC building, with Maltepe Mayor Prof Dr. Mustafa Zengin and public participating in the opening, is approximately 420 m2, two-storey and completed in as short a time as 3 months. The building is projected in a way seven doctors can work in the family health center which will give service under T.R. Ministry of Health. Our prefab buildings produced with A1 class incombustible fiber cement coating material and earthquake resistant light steel technology are especially preferred for public buildings also for their very short assembling period. Conducting pre-production in the factory decreases human fault rate to minimum in the buildings produced with this technology. Therefore faster, healthier, safer and at the same time more affordable buildings can be produced and put to our community’s service.
