Eroglu Yapi Insaat ve Gayrimenkul Gelistirme A.S. continues with the projects which will add value to the life quality of the community with the motto of “We have everything necessary to start a new period”.
Istanbul Lounge project, just beside the Kucukcekmece Lake on the European side, is one of those projects. The project, standing out with different architecture, open green spaces and social activities, has various apartment options from 1+1 to 1+4, in the region which increases in value every day with quality housing projects.
Prefab buildings, containers and steel building types were used in the project where approximately 1.000 m2 of mobile buildings were assembled. Interlocked containers planned as office spaces are designed in two-storey and are 450 m2. 350 m2 dining hall is constructed in prefab method and 150 m2 warehouse building are manufactured as steel building and assembly was carried through.
