Another skyscraper Project is created by YTY- Yeni Teknik Yapi Construction Co. At the Maslak district named as Istanbul’s Manhattan where there are many highrisers. Site buildings befitting the building that are constructed were preferred in the mobilization of this highly technological and extremely elegant building constructed for Dogus Group.
Prefabrik Yapi A.S. have created two different office buildings covering a total area of 750 m2 with success, through their business partnership with YTY Construction Co. Galvanized metal sheet with ready-mixed paint is used on the exteriors and A-1 class incombustible Hekimboard brand fiber cement coating material is used on the interiors of 12,4 cm thick walls. Rock wool insulation was favored on the walls, roof and on the mezzanine floor frames. Wet volume floor and wall coverings and all interior laminated parquet coverings were also carried by us. All details of the prefabricated offices were superintended meticulously and implementation was performed at the highest standard.
