In this project, Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. leveraged the advantages of technology, utilizing modern construction techniques to enhance project efficiency and accelerate completion. The integration of Lifecase container technologies significantly accelerated the construction process while reducing costs. As a result, the projects delivered both economic and long-lasting solutions. Additionally, the design of office, dormitory, and WC-shower units using container systems increased the project’s flexibility.

The Lifecase containers used in the project were built with Hekim Panel sandwich panel systems, one of the most advanced modern construction techniques. This system enhances the strength of the structural components and maximizes the overall durability of the building. The load-bearing system consists of galvanized C-profiles and roof trusses produced on a special Rollformer machine using galvanized sheet metal. These materials were carefully selected to ensure the construction of long-lasting and durable structures.

Following detailed structural calculations, areas requiring reinforcement were strengthened with additional beams based on specified wall thicknesses and widths. Such specialized engineering solutions enhance the durability and safety of the structures. The Hekim sandwich panels used in Lifecase feature high-density polyurethane (PUR) foam, providing superior insulation and enabling the construction of durable and long-lasting buildings.
