Multi-Purpose Changing Facility and Storage Buildings Completed in Aksu, Antalya

Prefabrik Yapı has successfully completed the production and installation of a multi-purpose changing facility and storage buildings in the Aksu district of Antalya. Within the scope of the project, a functional complex consisting of three separate structures has been delivered.

The project includes a 352.5 m² prefabricated multi-purpose changing facility, a 40.8 m² prefabricated garden storage unit, and a 34 m² prefabricated material storage unit, resulting in a total enclosed construction area of 427.3 m², all manufactured and installed within a short timeframe.

Durable and Long-Lasting Structural System

The structures used in the project were manufactured using the Hekim Sandwich Panel System (Fibercement + EPS + Fibercement) with a panel thickness of 10/6 cm. This system represents one of the modern prefabricated building technologies that provide high structural strength, long service life, and ease of maintenance. The floor-to-ceiling height in all buildings was designed as 3 meters.

For the roof covering, 50 mm thick sandwich panels in RAL 9002 color (steel sheet + EPS + steel sheet) were used, enhancing both the thermal insulation performance and structural durability of the buildings.

Functional Architectural Solutions

The main building of the project, the multi-purpose changing facility, was designed with a hip roof system. To improve both aesthetics and protection from weather conditions, 60 cm wide fibercement-clad eaves were applied on all four façades.

The two storage buildings positioned adjacent to the changing facility were designed with a gable roof system, providing both functional use and structural durability.

Interior Durability and Comfort

Inside the buildings, HekimBoard fibercement panels, known for their high resistance to moisture, were used as interior wall cladding.

For ceiling applications, a painted gypsum board system with omega profiles measuring 625 × 1200 mm was preferred.

In WC and shower areas, compact partition panels were installed to ensure both hygiene and long-term durability.

Electrical and plumbing installations were implemented as surface-mounted systems, allowing easy access and simplified maintenance.

Aesthetic and Durable Joinery Solutions

For the exterior entrances of the buildings, white aluminum doors with semi-glazed panels were installed. White PVC window frames were used for the windows, offering both aesthetic coherence and functional performance.
