Project Info

Preform, the innovative brand of Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş., has successfully completed the production and installation processes of the dormitory and dining hall buildings constructed in Batumi, Georgia.
The project, built using modern prefabricated building technologies, stands out with its high insulation performance, rapid installation advantages, and long-lasting structural quality, offering both safety and comfort in construction site buildings.

High Insulation and Durability in the Dormitory Building

The dormitory building, with a total area of 306 m², features a roof system designed to enhance strength and insulation performance. The structure includes RAL9002 painted galvanized trapezoidal sheet, OSB, 80+80 mm mineral wool insulation, and a vapor barrier. This layered roofing system provides high insulation suitable for various climate conditions.

The exterior walls are constructed with RAL9002 painted galvanized sheet + rock wool insulation, while the interior surfaces utilize HekimBoard (fibercement) panels, known for their high resistance to impact and moisture.
The double-opening window systems with insect screens improve both ventilation and user comfort.
Electrical and plumbing installations were designed as surface-mounted, and gypsum board was preferred on ceiling surfaces.

Dining Hall Building Constructed with the Same Technical Standards

In addition to the dormitory, the production and installation of the dining hall building were also completed using the same technical standards.
HekimBoard (fibercement) panels, chosen for their strong moisture resistance and long-term durability, were used on the dining hall ceilings.
The interior wall surfaces were again finished with HekimBoard for enhanced impact and moisture resistance.

For the exterior doors, semi-glazed white aluminum doors were used, while the windows featured double-opening frames with insect screens.

Preform’s Prefabricated Building Solutions at International Standards
